Custom orders — what happens before and after printing starts.

You can cancel or change a custom order at no cost any time before we begin printing — quotes and invoices aren't a commitment until payment is made and the job enters the print queue.

Once a custom order is paid and enters production, it can't be canceled for a refund — the material and print time are already committed at that point. If you need to make a change after printing has started, contact us as soon as possible; we'll do what we reasonably can, but a mid-print change may mean starting over at your cost.

If DuffAM is unable to complete your order for any reason — an issue on our end, discovering after the fact that the part isn't something we can build, etc. — you'll receive a full refund for that order.
